The Studio

Sneaky Studios is a full service recording studio built in 2011 on 2.5 acres in the Hudson Valley community of Garrison, NY. The studio itself has a fully equipped expansive live tracking room with state-of-the-art recording gear, full backline, iso-booth and staff engineers and assistants. The studio building has a one bedroom apartment with full bath and kitchen. In addition to the gear available at the studio, rental options are available from a variety of backline & audio specialists located in and around the NYC area. Our staff will be happy to assist in any of those needs.

The House

Adjoining the studio is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath farm house with an updated kitchen, working fireplaces, den and newly built swimming pool. Situated on a secluded tract of land surrounded by forest, the studio offers the utmost privacy with accessibility to amenities nearby and outstanding recording and rehearsal facilities.

Duncan Sheik

Owner / Producer

Duncan Sheik - Grammy and Tony Award winning songwriter & producer. Sheik is the co-creator of the Broadway musical Spring Awakening and the producer of the Spring Awakening Original Cast Album as well as self-producing much of his own work and other artists such as Holly Brook (aka Skylar Grey), Samantha Ronson, Chris Garneau. Sheik has scored several films and is currently developing stage productions of American Psycho and The Nightingale.

Michael Tudor

Engineer

Producer, Grammy Award Winning Engineer, Editor, Musician, and Composer. Michael's work experience ranges from major and indie label album releases to music and sound for film, television, and multimedia. He has worked with a wide variety of artists including Moby, Duncan Sheik, The Strokes, and John Cale. His film credits include I Am Sam, Girlfight and A Home at the End of the World
